To ensure our clients receive the best experience possible, as well as maximized availability of services, we ask for notice to be given in accordance with the following guidelines when a cancellation is necessary.

• Reservations for 2 hours of service or less require a 24 hour
  notice.
• Reservations for more than 2 hours of service require a 48 hour
  notice. Outside these allocated periods, then the full cost of the
  reservation will be charged.
